! Lulu A. Cable, daughter of Nancy and Albert Olinger. was born in Coverse, February 14, 1884 and departed this life, July 15, 1917, at the age of 33years, 4 months and 1 day. She was united in marriage to Franklin Cable at Converse November 1, 1906. To this union were born 4 children - an infant born July 28, died July 29; Blaine C. born July 2, died August 28, and two sons. Rolla, aged 8 and Roy M. aged 4, remain to mourn the loss of a loving and tender mother. Just 15 years ago, Lulu's mother passed from this world of toil to join that innumerable caravan that has passed to the great beyond. The father went to his long home in 1910, Of the family only one brother, Bert Olinger, is left and was present at the funeral. In 1872 at the age of two years, Mr. and Mrs. Olinger took into their home and heart, a little boy, Eli Daily, of Logansport who was also at the funeral. About 20 years ago, Lulu accepted the faith of her Christ and through all the trials and sufferings of her life, she clung to her Master and in the last hours, her soul went out on the wings of prayer to meet her little darlings, now nestling in the arms of their Savior.
