!Nathaniel Brewster's land bordered on Capt. John Tucker's land. Nathaniel Brewster was the first minister of Brookhaven. His son Timothy was town clerk for twenty-three years and his son Daniel for twenty-six years following. On October 24, 1665, the town bought for Rev. Mr. Brewster the house and lot of Matthew Prior. His ministry is an important chapter in the history of Brookhaven. Dinah may have been a daughter to Nathaniel Brewster.

!Will dated 1753. Joseph's family appears to have stayed in the Elizabeth Town area and used the "Tooker" spelling well into the 19th century.

!Similar Elizabeth Town deeds for Joseph Tooker (17 May 1735), Seth Tooker (27 Mar 1739) and Samuel Tooker (29 Apr 1740) establish the names of other third generation Tookers resident in Elizabeth Town. Seth and Samuel may have been sons of Joseph and not mentioned in his will because they had died before 1753 without issue. (The only records naming Samuel and Seth were land records from 1739 and 1740.) Seth had to be born before 1718 and Samuel had to be born before 1719. This is based on the fact they had to be 21 years old to have land registered in their name.
